1. What is Print On Demand (POD)?
Print On Demand is a fulfillment process where products are only created after an order is placed. This means your items are made specifically for you—no mass production, no excess inventory.
2. Why do you make items to order?
We believe in reducing waste and being mindful of our environmental impact. By making each product to order, we eliminate unnecessary production and avoid overstock, contributing to a more sustainable future.
3. What kinds of products do you offer?
We offer a variety of high-quality products, including clothing, accessories, and home decor items. Each item is printed or customized using eco-friendly processes whenever possible.
4. Do you use eco-friendly materials?
We strive to source products and printing methods that prioritize sustainability. Many of our items are made with organic or recycled materials, and we continually seek ways to improve our environmental impact.
Orders and Shipping
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since all items are made to order, production typically takes 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic shipping: 5–7 business days
- International shipping: Not available at this time but we hope to offer in the future.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.
Returns and Exchanges
8. What is your return policy?
Because our items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the production process. While we can’t guarantee changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
